Music for film
Make your story more powerful with the right music.
The music in this video is solely made from (samples of) my voice and consists of unique sounds that you will never hear somewhere else.

Movement and music are best friends.
I created the music on this video that had no sound. I followed the flow of the dancer and tried to translate the movements into a sonic world that feels both hopeful and sad at the same time.

Soundscape
for an exhibition
Animals far from now and beyond
I created a soundscape for this wonderful exhibition by Annemoon Fokkinga. She asked me to create a sonic world of futuristic animals living together in an ecosystem we don’t know yet. I used my voice as source material for the atmosphere and the animals, except for the sound of the The Pygmy Mangrove Water Deer.

Music for movement
Shine
For this music and soundscape I wanted to transform the beautiful sparkles and glitter into sound, using very high pitched sounds and effects to create this idea that you can hear every sparkle on the body.

Alone at sea
A very short clip of a paper boat sailing a paper sea. I wanted to evoke the feeling of childlike playfulness combined with a little bit of danger…

Who I am
Seeing this video I felt that this women was entrapped but also empowered at the same time. The words “I am who I am” are like a mantra she repeats to remind herself of who she is.
I made the vocals sound like she is thinking them and not speaking them out loud.

If you're looking for something more than music you found online, I can compose, record and/or perform unique music for you. This will make your project stand out from the rest.

I know it's not going to be as cheap as buying something from a stock music website, but you can make it as expensive as you like. The bigger the project, the more time I have to put into it, the more it will cost. But together we will explore all the options until we've found the best one for your situation. If you want to know more about prices, send me an email.

The first step is to get in contact with me to get to know each other and to articulate your request. Maybe you already have a specific kind of music in mind, or maybe we'll find out together what it is you need.
The next step is that I will make 2 or 3 short demos of music. You can give feedback on this and choose the direction you would like to go. From there I'm going to make the rest of the music. When it's nearly done I will send you a version on which you can give one more round of feedback. After that it's finished and you can use it in your project!
